DNS Projects CC was formed in 1997, with Stephen John Nell, a qualified Quantity Surveyor at the helm.
Stephen John Nell
PMAQS PrQS, MRICS
Stephen Nell completed a National Building Diploma in Quantity Surveying and proceeded to complete the BSc QS degree at the University of Port Elizabeth in 1988. He worked in Johannesburg and London for a period of 30 months. He returned to South Africa in 1991 and has been running this business ever since. During October 1996 he attended a University of Cape Town course in Project Management.
